Visual Tools and SureView Systems is a partnership which offers integration benefits to a global network of central stations.

Visual Tools and SureView Systems have entered into a strategic partnership to offer customers from around the world the integration between Visual Tools’ video products and the Immix® platform. This partnership enables central stations with Immix® software to offer improved video surveillance and alarm processing services to their customers.

Immix® is an automation software platform which receives alarm events from multiple industry standard CCTV and alert systems. The integration with Visual Tools’ products enables users of central stations to manage and respond to alarms and events from Visual Tools’ units from one single interface. Displaying live video at user's request, displaying live video when receiving an alarm, controlling domes or receiving alarms with images from installations with Visual Tools’ units, are some of the actions that can be undertaken now by using Immix® graphical user interface.

To quote Chris Eckersley, Sales Director of SureView Systems: “We knew that for the Spanish customers of Immix®, the integration with Visual Tools’ products was a must and therefore the integration was key to our  expansion in  Spain.
